This product has a rated voltage of DC1000V, a rated current of 30A, and a working temperature of minus 40 degrees Celsius to plus 105 degrees Celsius.

The type of cable adaptation is crucial, please make sure to use the photovoltaic dedicated DC wire PV1-F, with a wire diameter range of 2.5 square millimeters to 6 square millimeters, which is AWG14 to AWG10. The color is usually red positive and black negative.

the use of hard wire BV or aluminum wire is strictly prohibited, and cables smaller than 2.5 square millimeters or larger than 6 square millimeters should not be used, otherwise it may cause poor crimping or overheating. The wire diameter must match the terminal. A 4 square millimeter wire should use a 4 square millimeter terminal, and a 6 square millimeter wire should use a 6 square millimeter terminal. Mixing is not allowed.

The installation operation consists of three steps.

The first step is to strip the wire. First, strip off the outer sheath, and then strip off the inner insulation layer to expose the copper core. Note that the copper core should not have oxidized black or broken strands.

The second step is to thread the components, and the sequence of this step must not be wrong. Thread the sealing ring, locking nut, metal terminal, and PPO shell onto the cable in sequence. It is strictly prohibited to use ordinary pliers or iron wire as substitutes during crimping.

Step three step is locking. Push the crimped terminal into the housing to the bottom, tighten the locking nut clockwise until it can no longer be tightened, and finally pull the cable firmly to confirm that it does not fall off, which is considered qualified.

When connecting, align the male head with the female head and push it in coaxially. When you hear a click, the locking is complete. When disconnecting, the MC4 special wrench must be used to press the locking pieces on both sides of the female head before pulling it out. It is strictly prohibited to directly pull and disconnect the cable, and it is also strictly prohibited to plug and unplug while the power is on.

- WARNING: Do not disconnect under load!

- CRITICAL: The installer must affix a permanent, weather-resistant warning label at or near the connector site stating: "WARNING: Do not disconnect under load!''
